Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped, Hache Crown will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your item arrives with:

  • Embroidery defects
  • Damage caused during shipping

You may request a replacement or refund within 10 days of delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper washing or handling
